Jalen Pitre continues to Create a Legacy That Lasts Forever.
It was an unforgettable day at The Salvation Army Young Adult Resource Center (YARC) as we welcomed Houston Texans’ Jalen Pitre, who joined us with his amazing family for a beautiful afternoon of fellowship, laughter, and love.
This was more than just a visit it was a moment filled with genuine connection and compassion. Jalen didn’t just dine with our young adults; he shared his heart with them. From offering prayers and heartfelt words to joining in games, taking photos, and breaking bread together, his presence filled the room with warmth and encouragement.
What made this day even more special was the way Jalen engaged with everyone not as a celebrity, but as a brother in Christ, fully present in body and in spirit. He reminded our young adults that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.
We are profoundly grateful to the Pitre Boyz Foundation for making this moment possible and to God for blessing us with such an inspiring time of fellowship.
We were also honored to have one of our Salvation Army women’s Auxiliary (SAWA) member and our Area Commander present at this gathering, witnessing the joy and hope that filled the room.
