Give joy This Holiday Season: Join the Angel Tree & Red Kettle Challenge
As the holiday season approaches, The Salvation Army of Greater Houston is once again calling on our community to help bring joy, warmth, and hope to those in need through our Angel Tree and Red Kettle Challenge programs.
For many families, Christmas can be a difficult time a season filled with worry instead of wonder.
Through the Angel Tree program, we provide gifts and clothing to children and seniors who might otherwise go without. Each Angel tag represents a real person, a child with dreams, a senior with a wish and every gift donated reminds them that they are seen, valued, and loved.
Meanwhile, our iconic Red Kettles are more than a holiday tradition, they are a lifeline. Each dollar dropped into a kettle helps fund vital year-round services: food assistance, shelter, youth programs, and emergency aid for families facing crisis.
This year, we’re inviting individuals, businesses, and community partners to take the Red Kettle Challenge, to set a fundraising goal, rally friends and coworkers, and make a collective impact that lasts far beyond the holidays.
