Commanding Officers

Captains Dante And Tiffany Salgado

Captains Dante and Tiffany Salgado are both disciples of Jesus Christ and have been called to share his love. Captain Dante was first introduced to The Salvation Army in Houston at our Houston Temple Community Care Center by Captains Spalding back in 2001. He has been a member of The Salvation Army for almost 20 years, and Captain Tiffany is a second-generation Salvationist and comes from a family of pastors. She was introduced to The Salvation Army through the Dallas Oak Cliff Corps music ministry when she was five years old. The music and camp ministry kept her involved in The Salvation Army as a teen and young adult. The Salgados both attended the College for Officer Training in Atlanta, GA. In 2016, both were commissioned to San Antonio, TX, where they served the San Antonio Mission Corps for five years. During that time, they became parents to three kids, Jubilee (4), Jedidiah (1) & one in Heaven. They are excited to serve the East Harris community and cannot wait to see how the Lord uses them to further The Salvation Army's mission in greater Houston and, more importantly, to further the Kingdom of God.
