Area Commanders

Major Rob Webb was commissioned as a Salvation Army Officer and ordained as a Minister of the Gospel in 1995. He has served as a Salvation Army Officer for 27 years. He has served in various appointments including; Corps Officer of Alexandria, Virginia Citadel Corps, Corps Officer of the Charlottesville, Virginia Corps, Home and Transportation Officer of The Salvation Army College for Officer Training, Atlanta, Georgia, Divisional Finance Officer of The Salvation Army National Capital & Virginia Division, Divisional Financial Secretary of The Salvation Army National Capital & Virginia Division, Divisional Secretary of Business Administration of The Salvation Army Florida Division. He has served as the Area Commander of The Salvation Army San Antonio, Texas for the last five years. He is now serving as the Area Commander of The Salvation Army Houston, Texas.

She has served as the Area Commander of The Salvation Army San Antonio, Texas for the last five years. She is now serving as the Area Commander of The Salvation Army Houston, Texas.

Rob & Carolynn have three sons (one of which is a Salvation Army Officer) and three grandsons of which they are most proud.
