Temple Corps Community Center

Both a place of worship and a community center, Temple provides a full range of spiritual, educational, and recreational activities for children, adults and senior citizens who live in the area.

In its current location since 1968, Temple’s two main community center programs are The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club, where youth character-building and sports activities are offered to school-aged children, and Prime Time Seniors day center for senior citizens, where older adults are able to enjoy breakfast and lunch as well as extracurricular activities.

The Corps (church) offers worship service every Sunday at 11 a.m. Other religious programs offered at Temple are Sunday School, Home League and Men’s Fellowship Club.
