Sally’s House

Program Director – Full time Position

Primary Functions: Plans, directs, coordinates and monitors the day-to-day operations of assigned Social Service Program and facility; develops, implements, and evaluates program operations and services; supervises all program staff and ensures work is in compliance with established policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations; prepares and monitors program expenditures in compliance with program budget.

The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs – Pasadena Branch

Program Aide – PT

Primary Functions: Leads children’s activities at an after school program, including classroom training, tutoring, sports activities, bible study, computer programs and specialized programs; prepares and serves children lunch and snacks; assists in leading field trips; maintains the cleanliness of the after school area; transports passengers in a Salvation Army vehicle.

Emergency Disaster Services

Disaster Relief Worker – Temporary (40 hrs per week)

Primary Functions: Performs a variety of clerical support and warehouse loading incoming and outgoing goods.  Clerical duties include data entry, compiling, maintaining, filing, and photocopying records, correspondence, forms, lists, logs, etc. necessary for efficient operations of then Emergency Disaster Services. Clerk maintains records of services provided, business transactions and office activities, answers the telephone, performs all activities regarding the processing of incoming/outgoing mail; prepares and processes supply orders.  Warehouse duties consist of ability to lift items of varying weight, work long hours under stressful physical conditions, including working in warehouse that may not be temperature controlled, dirty, and/or dusty.  Must be computer proficient.

Primary Functions: Assists residents staying in the shelter; performs client intake procedures and prepares client intake records; monitors the activity of residents on an assigned shift ensuring safety, security and compliance to house rules; maintains accurate and complete records and logs containing pertinent information; ensures that facility is maintained in a neat and proper order.

Case Management Specialist- FT

Primary Functions: Interviews, accepts, and provides comprehensive, long-term, structured, complex, case management services for an assigned caseload of clients participating in an established life management program; understands the uniqueness of the client’s history in order to determine most effective program plans; develops comprehensive program plan/goals and evaluates client’s progress by conducting mentoring and counseling sessions with client and/or staff; serves as advocate for client in order to acquire services that will enable them to functionally cope with their environment; ensures constant compliance with funding requirements.

Job Summary: Plans, schedules, supervises, and performs the day-to-day general maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment; ensures all equipment remains in proper working order and compliance with standard operating procedures and safety standards; performs a variety of skilled maintenance work for buildings and grounds, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as well as routine maintenance and repairs.
